Having struggled with my own drinking for many years I understand firsthand the challenges of breaking free from alcohol. My own journey taught me that traditional approaches don't work for everyone. While struggling with my addiction, I desperately wanted support that was both professional and personal - something that understood not just the mechanics of addiction, but the human experience behind it.
After achieving sobriety, I dedicated myself to becoming a professional practitioner, determined to create the kind of support I wished I'd had.
Phenomenal emerged from this blend of lived experience and professional expertise. I wanted to build something that moved beyond the stigma and shame often associated with addiction, something that celebrated the privilege of sobriety rather than framing it as a punishment.
