Phenomenal is a sobriety support program that includes coaching, educational content, and community features. The program is designed to help individuals transform their relationship with alcohol through structured guidance and support.

The Services are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailment. David Henzell is an addiction and recovery therapist, not a medical doctor, psychologist, or licensed healthcare provider. The role of Phenomenal is to support you as you reach your wellness goals and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.
IMPORTANT: If you are currently drinking dependently, you should seek immediate medical care. While we are not doctors, we can advise on the best steps to ensure your safety and plan for motivational coaching at the right time.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Not share access to your account with others
Engage respectfully with other community members
Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the content of the program, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
